Oregon Sex Offender Registry
Overview
Access to sex offender information in Oregon is provided to the public as the result of the Jacob Wetterling
Registration Act, which was passed by the United States Congress and Megan's Law,
which requires states to release relevant information about registered offenders
to protect the public. Information about access to OR sex offender information can be found in the chart below.

Telephone Access
The Oregon State Police maintains a registry of sex offenders. You may call their sex offender registration unit's Sex Offender Registration Information Request Line at (503) 378-3725 extension 4429. This number is for an automated attendant. You will be asked to leave your name, address and the zip code for the city you want. with a limit of one zip code request at a time. There is no fee for using the service. Under normal circumstances, it takes approximately one week to process your request and have the information mailed to you.
