Overview
Access to sex offender information in Clermont County, Ohio is provided to the public as the result of the Jacob Wetterling
Registration Act, which was passed by the United States Congress and Megan's Law,
which requires states to release relevant information about registered offenders
to protect the public.

Provides registration information regarding offenders. The registry is organized by township of residence (or employment), with offenders listed alphabetically. Listed townships include Batavia (includes village of Amelia north of State Route 125), Franklin (includes villages of Felicity and Chilo), Goshen, Jackson, Miami (includes adjacent cities of Milford and Loveland), Monroe, Ohio (includes village of New Richmond), Pierre (includes village of Amelia south of State Route 125), Stonelick (includes village of Bethel), Union, Washington (includes villages of Moscow and Neville), Wayne (includes village of Newtonsville) and Williamsburg.

In-Person Access
The information contained on the "Registered Sex Offenders" web page is available for public viewing 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday at the Clermont County Sheriff's Office, 4470 State Route 222 Batavia, Ohio 45103.
The online registry does not include juvenile offenders. Information regarding registered juvenile sex offenders may be obtained 24 hours a day at the Clermont County Sheriff's Office.
