Overview Access to sex offender information in Florida is provided to the public as the result of the Jacob Wetterling
Registration Act, which was passed by the United States Congress and Megan's Law,
which requires states to release relevant information about registered offenders
to protect the public. Information about access to FL sex offender information can be found in the chart below.

General Info about Registered Offenders and Sex Offender Registration Guidelines to Florida Sex Offender Laws
Online Sex Offender Registry / Online Directory Contains public record information on offenders classified as sexual predators and sexual offenders under Florida law because of a conviction for a sex-related crime and/or a specified crime against children. The search tool allows users to search by a partial first or last name, city, county, zip code or address. A list of all offenders and predators can be obtained by entering only the city, county or zip code.
