Feds: Teen sex tape is child pornography

A federal prosecutor urged authorities in Georgia not to release any more copies of an amateur sex video that got a man sentenced to 10 years in prison for having consensual sex with a girl when they were both teenagers. Genarlow Wilson, was 17 when the tape was made in 2003. On it, Wilson can be seen receiving oral sex from a 15-year-old girl and having intercourse with a 17-year-old girl. The Douglas County District Attorney's Office distributed the tape to 35 people who requested it.

Lisa G. Bozeman, 44, pleaded innocent to a misdemeanor charge of failing to comply with the registry on June 19.

State to modify sex offender classification system

Convicted sex offender sought in SoCal missing student case

Authorities searched Friday for a convicted sex offender identified as a person of interest in the disappearance of a female college student who met him on Craigslist. San Diego State University student Donna Jou, 19, was last seen June 23 at a party held at a Los Angeles home rented by John Steven Burgess, said Orange County sheriff's spokesman Jim Amormino. Investigators believe Burgess, a registered sex offender, picked Jou up earlier that day near her Rancho Santa Margarita home.

Ex-teacher pleads guilty to sex crime
