I just need to get this out. I think that the Megan Laws Of Kentucky needs to be changed in some areas. If the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children think that sexual abuse is touching a child with clothes on or off. Then I think that no matter what county or state that you live in, this should be treated as a felony. Not a misdamenor like it is being treated in the county (Webster) where i live. My step-father touched my 15 year olds breasts twice that I know of, i am praying that nothing else comes out in her rape counciling. He touched me the same way when i was in my mid 20's while on a 4-wheeler. I stopped, stood up and he reached up and grabbed them. He said accidental. It wasn't. He also did my niece, who did put it off as an accident. Now that i am pressing charges, they tell me that he wont get any jail time, he wont have anything done to him. I advise all people in any state to look over their Megan's law. Because if he goes in and pleads guilty at the preliminary. He wont even be registered as a sex offender. This is wrong. Since this has happened, my mother kicked me out of the family, which is no surprize, and its worth it, if i am protecting my child.

I am seperated, but living together still with my childrens step-father. He doesn't give me any support on this matter. I have 3 daughters, ages this year are 14,16, and 17. There father has an epo on him for saying he would kill me, and also because he caused an injury to me during our marriage that causes me to have seizures. I am determined to do what ever it takes at his first appearance if he does indeed plead guilty to make sure he goes to jail for the 30 days or i will take it to trial.
