User Name Description
Spent a total of 7 years in Florida prisons. Arrest was based on perjured oath by prosecutor.Upon release, I was transferred to Florida's civil commitment centers where I spent 51 months awaiting a civil commitment trial. Deemed to be the "poster child" for Florida's Jimmy Ryce Act. I'm the only man to receive a unanimous jurty verdict that I was NOT a sexually violent predator. State psychiatrists commited perjury at civil trial and testimony revealed they had intentionally misscored actuarial instruments in order to enforce their claim I was at risk to recidivate. On three occasions, parole officer filed false violation reports and I was returned to prison. I am very much aware of how far prosecutors, parole officers, psychiatrists and other state employees will go to falsely arrest, incarcerate and civilly commit men who are innocent.
