Milton Xiscatti-Michel is wanted by the FBI and the United States Customs Service for his alleged involvement in the sexual exploitation of children in Paraguay for the purpose of importing and distributing child pornography for profit both within the United States and to other countries. These charges stem from a scheme in which Xiscatti-Michel is believed to have coerced numerous children into appearing in sexually explicit photographs. Those photographs were subsequently sold for profit via the Internet. On August 31, 2000, an arrest warrant was issued for Xiscatti-Michel by the Federal District Court for the District of Maryland, Baltimore, Maryland.
