I agree that a solution that makes people comfortable could also eliminate the chance that they'd see otherwise useful information from someone they might not want to communicate with. But that would be there choice. Conceptually, what I'm referring to is a way for people in the Victims and Survivors Corner to say "I only want to hear from these types of people" in this thread I started or "I don't want to even be able to see posts from these type of people". This would require some sort of labeling, and I know some wouldn't like that, but I think the pluses would outweigh the minuses. A variation would be to allow users to set a preference for "safe mode" for that forum, and when clicking a post, they'd first be shown the poster's profile and a warning.
