Hi, I'm new here and have been reading as well as posting. I see that many ex-partners who post are those bravely dealing with the issue of their ex-partner actually abusing their child/children. I greatly admire them; my ex-partner and I had no children but just knowing what he is/is trying to do is tearing me apart.
I would like to suggest a forum that would specifically address the feelings that ex-partners are dealing with in regard to having had a relationship with a child molester and the psychological issues around that. The forum would be a space for anyone whose current or ex-partner is a child molester or a pedophile, and while parents would be encouraged to post about issues that they are dealing with, those who are not parents would also benefit by voicing the issues of shame/disgust/distrust/forgiveness/anger/sadness that they are feeling.
Thanks, oioi
