you have to cut and paste BOTh lines of the link for it to work. for some reason, the forums wont copy the entire link when it is longer than one line.
Also, that was a fabulous article that underscore how important treatment is and how it really does work if done correctly.

Make sure you put the complete addy into your search bar. i had trouble the second time but then i noticed the addy wasnt complete. So make sure that the Archive part is there too,,,

yes it did..that's what happened...that's a great article...and except for the binder that was basically the program i went thorugh here in florida after i got out.....seems to me that if the rest of the country and the world is going there to learn...they must be idiots!!!!!! because it's not taking......even in this article they state the reoffense rate for trreated offenders is only around 5% and it's not going to get much lower and that most offenses occur with the first 6 years..so why do most states not offer treatment inside..and what's with the lifetime registration for everybody?
