Does anybody know how this works if you moved to Oregon from a state that has a 25-year registry? Would Oregon just hold you to the 25 years?
Odds are they would not. The statutes are vague. I did see though that the option to petition for removal is NOT available to offenders from other states. Only those convicted IN Oregon are given the privilege. So that isn't a good place to move to.
As for Blowhard O'Reilly, you know he's glad they're lenient with drug offenses where he lives:-))
