your sentence doesnt change because you move to another state.if your state of conviction requires lifetime it carries to the state you move to. You can not go by the fact some states are more lenient then others at this stage as laws are changing all over the place and you may have to be posted in that state when they decide.

Im not sure why you are worried about being on the website anyway. First of all anyone can find out if they so choose by doing a criminal back ground check. The website offers really nothing at all to worry about. Most people don't view it. It is when there is an incident that sparks an interest that those sites get the so called hits. Even then the count is not accurate since those hits can be multiple times from one person.

I am not understanding why you are worried about it. Rather then waste your time with that you should accept the fact that at some point it will be there and focus instead on putting your life togther with prepardness for all scenerios. From what I get from your posts you are trying to run from something rather then hit it head on and move forward in life. Spending time trying to hide is waste of time. Spend the time to change the laws , minds and hearts of people and you'll be less stressful. One other thing that will help you in life is if you learn how to file lawsuits. It's not hard and can be rewarding. It is better to fight then it is to run.

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
