Is it possible to get an expundgement or removal from the registries in states that have lifetime requirements and if so does anyone know how to go by it.
There are several states that require lifetime and some that are just 10 years which makes no sense why states have different amounts of time. Does relocating to another state that has 10 year requirement allow those from states with lifetime requirements to be removed after 10 years.
