Live where ever you feel like if there are no city requirements. If anyone harasses you file a complaint and a cival lawsuit. Im not to sure by what you mean to hard cause its only as hard as you make it. if you want to register once a year then move to that state. Never let the law dictate how happy you can be or anyone tell you how to live.Best thing to do is register as required and forget aboiut it till the next time. The registry isnt worth sweating over as its a joke in its current state. AS more registries become available for different types of crimes it will become even less important as it is now. It's all about your attitude. If you let it get in your way then it will be. laugh at it and enjoy life. Pee on those that step on your shoes and they wont do it anymore.
