Hello all. I am new here. I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on where the best place for an RSO to live so as not to be harassed, and the registration requirements are not to hard. Example, I know in Maryland (at least for now) you register once a year. Across the bridge in Virginia it is every 3 or 6 months. Can anyone provide any feedback? Thank you in advance for your help.
