if anyone can help me i would greatly appreciate it.my husband will do his probation in n.c and for the life of me i cant find any info on it. his transfer of probation was approved but the paper work is just being sent here so untill they have it i cant get info .we want to be prepared and have our plans in place for his sake and our familys.does anyone know any info on probation,jobs,and our new s.o life in general will appreciate any help. he was charged w/ a l and l in fl but they dont have that charge here will that be called something else also they keep talking about non-violent and violent offenders is every crime on a child considered a violent crime? i cant thank you all enough for the responses you give you all have been a great help in a tough time. also he did 10 mths of therapy in fl not court ordered is it possible that he can reduce the court ordered s.o therapy to 2 yrs 2 mths rather than 3yrs.fl says he can get off probation in 2 yrs (total 4 yrs ) but the program is 3yrs any advice here? thanks again .his therapist in fl told the courts he was not a risk to society will that help us?
