Unfortunely, some people are labeled as a sexual predator when they shouldn't be. This takes away the effectiveness of the label. My son was labeled a sexual predator, and he didn't touch anyone. The victim is suppose to be the State of Ohio. Some of the facts used to assign this label was false statements from the prosecutor. In Ohio, reliable hearsay is allowable, even if it is lies or inaccuracies. Reliable meaning anything a judge wants to use to make them a predator. The predator label can never be removed except from a court of appeals.
