Below are additions to the site's policies. I will be adding to them in the near future and integrating them with the forum guidelines.
Until further notice, the Victims and Survivors Corner forum and The Other Side forum are restricted access for posting.
Posting to The Other Side forum is limited to sex offenders, pedophiles and their friends, relatives and supporters. If the creator of a thread in The Other Side forum is open to others responding, the creator may invite specific users, types of users or all others to respond. Such users should consider themselves guests and are expected to act accordingly.
Sex offenders and pedophiles are not permitted to post messages to the Victims and Survivors Corner forum. In addition, anyone whose participation is likely to be found offensive, triggering or inappropriate by victims/survivors and their friends, relatives and advocates, as determined by an administrator, will not be permitted to post messages in that forum.
Discussion of administrator and moderator actions and decisions are not permitted in the forums, except when an administrator or moderator specifically invites users to discuss administrator and moderator actions and decisions.
Posting another user's personal details without permission is not permitted, unless the user revealed the details within a post in the forums.
If you notice an issue that appears to violate the posted forum guidelines or expectations posted in the Site Announcements forum, bring it to the attention of a moderator (steve or admin). Do not address possible violations by replying to the post in question.
Violating site guidelines will result in the user being warned. A user will be warned a maximum of two times for offenses during a two month period. A third offense will result in a temporary ban of between 2 and 7 days. A subsequent offense will result in a temporary ban of up to 30 days. A permanent ban may be imposed for repeated offenses and is a last resort. Any attempt to circumvent a temporary ban will lead to that ban being made permanent.
