OK, so there would be no problem with Orolan living by you? I think that is because you "know" him from this board and based on this board, he hardly seems dangerous. But since he was convicted of a crime against a minor, if you didn't know him and he was moving in, I highly doubt you would be happy. You might not have a problem with some other offenders if you took the time to get to know them.
