Actually in my mind there is no excuse for it...the solution I dont know, but just because a family are lower income doesnt mean you put targets on their backs...I dont know about most of you but when I was newly married and starting my family out...I sure couldnt afford a gated community where the numbers of criminals are less. In my mind, the children come first period, no ifs, ands or buts. The rights of a convicted felon who has proven he is a danger to those very group of people he is now living among because of affordability, flys in the face of common sense. I am so tired of the argument, "they have to live somewhere" There are two camps here...One, they have the right to live where they can afford and need the opportunity to proceed with their lives" and my camp " Young families should not be forced to live with a disproportioned amount of danger and risk, for no other reason than their income levels".

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
