I want to answer you so that you dont feel like you are being ignored but I just dont know what to say.
I welcome you to the forum for one thing and I am so very sorry that your child has had to go thru the horror that he has for another.
For the most part I think that you sound like you are handleing this the way it should be handled and that you are staying strong for your son. The post that you made sounds very in control and like you have done all that can be done. I do hope that you can at least get The SO onto the registery because he does sound like he will do it again...I really hope not but he does sound like it. If you need more help maybe if you "private message" Dp1 she can help you as she is a Parol officer and she is very smart.
