They should probably just put it at the top of the message body, like I did above, not the thread title or post title, otherwise the thread and post titles will cease to have the meaning they currently have and looking at lists of thread titles to find a particular thread will be difficult.

I'm fine with that, though categories might be better. If a thread starter wants to name categories of people who he/she doesn't want to reply or only wants replies from that is fine. If someone doesn't want a specific list of people to reply, that might ruffle their feathers and it's doubtful the poster would be able to rattle of all current users (nevermind future users) who he/she might want to not reply. Same with restricting to specific users. I won't be able to review each thread starter's wishes and review each reply made so it'll have to be self-policing, with the honor system and users contacting me privately if there's a concern so I can take action if necessary.
