The last thread that was closed was closed on September 9th. I looked at the post you mentioned. If you click it, you should see that it allows replies. If you click Flat View, for some unknown reason it shows "Thread Closed (No Replies Allowed)", which should not be the case. I checked a few other threads and they didn't exhibit this problem. If any of you see this again, either send me the relevant info. in a private message or post to the Site Goals and Ideas forum. In the meantime, if it happens, just switch to "Threaded View" and you should be able to reply.
