I am wondering what causes a male offender to pick a little girl or
a boy? I realize most were abused but didn't know what makes them pick a certain gender over another.
Also is it possible for a pediphile to rape some and rape and kill some of their victims?
I am following a case of a man in FL that I knew his deceased mother when he was released in CA after 11 yrs and is now going
on trial for the rape of a 9 yr old girl while out less then a year when
this ocured.
It took FL 8 yrs to finally get DNA evidence that connects him to her
rape.
I believe laws should be changed across the board to lock them up
for life for a first offense. This is an epidemic what are kids are
going through with all these sick SOBS out loose. There is no cure
no question about it. PattyT
