Hello everyone, I have some updated news.....I have learned that my daughters molester will have to serve 30 years on probzation, he will also have to attend a sex offenders program. I have heard that these programs are very intense, and not a pleasant thing. He is also in violation of his probation by having weapons in his residence,kand I am turning this info over to his parole officer.

How do you know he has weapons? Are they in his home?

He may not necessarily be in violation of parole. Did he legally own, and could possess these weapons before the conviction? If so, the PO might have to confiscate them. Has the PO checked out his residence yet? Has the PO interviewed him? You have not given us enough information, so don't get your hopes up.

Wait till he has to enter into sex offender treatment. The programs are very intensive from what I hear, and have read. Your best chances of a violation are while he is in treatment.

I presume that your daughter has a no contact order against him. If he tries to contact her, he will be in violation of parole. I caution against trying to entrap him though by encouraging him to speak with her. I doubt he will need any help from you for this type of violation.
