I want to know why an offender who was in the Marines when he offended is NOT required to register! He spent time in a military prison and all of his records are protected! He is living in a neighborhood FULL of young children! He molested his own 3 and 5 year old children! WHY?

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
