We are almost through our first year of dealing with our daughter's abuse. We've been to a lot of classes, therapy sessions, and court dates, and learned more about child sexual abuse than we ever wanted to. We haven't found much information on our particular situation where one parent is also a victim of child sexual abuse. There are plenty of resources for survivors, and plenty of resources for parents of abused children, but nothing specific for both combined. To say it makes things more complicated is a huge understatement. I would like to hear from other non-offending spouses who are dealing with their children's abuse, and their survivor spouses reactions at the same time.
