deedeeotz,
First let me say that I am very sorry. Raping a 7 year-old is inexcusable, and should be dealt with harshly.

What you speak of is CVSA, or Computer Voice Stress Analysis. It is pure garbage, and has even less credibility than the standard polygraph. Even the American Polygraph Association, bastions of support that they are for lie-detectors, say it is highly inaccurate.
Your best bet at this time is to hound the prosecutor's office day and night. The results of the CVSA are inadmissable in court unless the prosecutor and the boy's attorney agreed to it prior to the test. Find out what the agreement was. Is there other evidence besides your daughter's testimony? Results of a physical examination, verifiable contact between the two of them, etc?
You might want to visit antipolygraph.org and do a little reading up on the fallacies and inaccuracies of polygraphs so that you have some "knowledge" of the subject when talking with the prosecutor.

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
