Of course a teacher having a sexual relationship with a pupil(even if they drift into it and it's a one off incident ,as it often is)is acting unproffessionally ,unethically and shouldn't again be allowed to teach.
But there is a difference between this and the rape and murder of a seven year old.
Similarily in Britain(as I believe in the U.S) it's illegal to pay a prostitute under the age of 18.
But there is a difference between paying a 17 year old prostitute,and raping and murdering a seven year old.
So how is it "Megan's" law in America,and how would it be "Sarah's" law here?
