when i was 18 my exgirlfriend stated that i raped her, gave false testimone of rape to the grand jury to indict me on rape charge in super court i was found guilty of indecent assault and battery my lawyer didn't bring up these false statement and ather false testimony that she gave , i'm 30 yr old and still fighting for justice on this case if any one can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear of your predicament. Matters like that are raised ceaselessley . Sounds like, though it may not be , the women is pissed at you and cried rape by way of revenge - it happens.
