Yes it was consenual sex, 5 minutes in the door to out the door crying, looks like Kobe was called for a 24 second violation.

Regardless of if he is innocent or guilty.. he doesn't he have the right to face his accused. Instead she gets to hide behind a rape shield and have some saavy representitive do her answering in court. That isn't right, fair and most of all not justice. Just plain wrong.

Apparently from info shared about the prelimaries Kobe didn't WANT to FACE his victim during the act, why would he WANT to face her now. Savvy lawyer? She gets a prosector, Kobe gets to pick whoever he wants that would be willing to accept his endless flow of bucks.

The trial hasn't started yet. And even once it does, the only thing the rape shield will protect her from is irrelevant inspection of her background by the defense, and possibly from the media.
Kobe will definitely be able to face his accuser. What's wrong, unfair, or unjust about that, you hysterical ninny?
