I was wondering if in the state of Nevada if a sex offender does not pass his polygraph examinations is he subject to arrest? My brother unfortunitly is a sex offender, and has told the truth on his first polygraph but was found to be deceptive. Anyone know?

Polygraphs are 100% full of $#^*!!! Worse yet, so are the examiners! The best $50. your brother could spend is at www.polygraph.com and then DEMAND to retake the test!!!!!!!!!!!!
This doesnt just apply to sex offenders either.

I wish I would have know about that 6 mos. ago... My fiance, if he passed a lie detector test wouldn't be in jail..... he was too afraid to take the test and the prosecuter would ask for more time if he failed!Nonetheless he decided not to take it... Next time though.. If there is a next time! We are crossing our fingers for no. But probation officer is a real big piece of work who said he would be found guilty... even if he wasn't.

If you think what you read on polygraph.com was informative you should read the actual manual. It is mind boggling. Best $50.00 I ever spent.

If I had $50.00... That would be a good investment... Sad thing is, since my fiancee is in jail and I am going to college and raising my 8mos old son, my landlords threw everything we own away, and both of our cars need repair work of more than $400.00 done.... I can't afford it yet.. Maybe when he gets a job and can support us we will get it. :) I will keep it in mind.
