I live in Illinois and am married to a man who was arrested a few years ago for "public indecency" apparently "exposing himself" while driving.

I've found several porn videos, magazines and, until I pretty much took over our computer, he would chat, view pictures, etc.

he is secretive, refuses to talk about the issues and I am just not sure how concerned I should be.

He appears to be a loving father, my kids show no signs of any abuse (plus I am a full time mom, with them most of the time).

Is "public indecency" a "sex crime" per se? I feel very alone and confused. i don't know where to turn, how concerned I should be and what to do.

I have a history of depression, I am also not employed and am scared if I left that he might somehow get custody. I'm not even sure I should be afraid.

Any infor on support groups, web links and any other help to give me some direction would be much appreciated. I'm confused.
