I was sexually assaulted by a man who is not a US citizen. Right now, the detective thinks he may have returned to his home country. If he did, does that mean he gets away with it? Will he be prosecuted in his own country? Is there a chance that he won't be allowed back in the US? Any help on this matter would be appreciated. Thank you!
