We need your TIPS/LEADS/IDENTIFICATION/LOCATION of a SERIAL RAPIST who has raped, robbed, burglarized, sodomized 17 victims
on the Upper East Side,19th Pct/NYPD, NYC from 9/94 to 9/98. As of today (4/26/2001), this suspect is still not identified or apprehended despite "John Doe" GeneticDNAptofilr indictments secured Grand Jury/Manhattan DA's office in 3/200.$50,000 REWARD FOR INFO/ID/ADDRESS leading to ARREST of this suspect.

SUPECT'S MO: Armed attack from behind; surprise approach.Follows young female victims from street into vestibule of non-doorman/walk-up buildings where perp. sexually assaults victims; keeps their "souvenirs/trophies" to relive "dates". Must be re-offending someplace else by fantasy/compulsion.
SUSPECT'S PATTERN:9/94-9/98. Struck every night of the week except Wednesdays; between 11;30pm t0 5:30am.
VICTIMOLOGY: Attractive young women between in 20s and 30s.Though not exclusively, suspect appeared to have preference for Blondes-the kind of woman with whom perp unable to realize a
personal/sexual relationship in real life.
