In Kansas, what is the legal age gap. If the younger is 16, which is consenting age, what is the oldest that the other can be oris there no limit? For example, would a 20 or a 21 year old male be in danger of being prosecuted for having a sexual partener who is 16. Please answer according to Kansas law if possible!
