Just curious about the legalities. It's been reported many times over about how someone is arrested after having chatted to a 15-year old girl on the internet. In all reality, they were chatting with an undercover cop. What are the technicalities surrounding the case, specifically entrapment? Why does it not qualify as entrapment when a 35-year old undercover cop is posing as a 15-year old girl? Let me state that I am not condoning the actions of the accused.
