Does anyone know if it is illegal for a person to have a hidden camera directed to a guest bed that feeds live into residents personal bedroom? State incident occured in is Arizona?

Similar cases have happened here in Michigan. The offender was charged with eavesdropping. Sounds ironic that you can be charged with eavesdropping in your own home doesn't it? But I suppose there is a fine line between having a surveillance camera and one used for peeping tom purposes. I suppose if you had your guest sign a form stating that they are aware of cameras used on premises, that you could do that. But it's really quite a murky issue. Any chance of the webmaster getting a legal expert to moderate these boards and offer input?
