Point Well Taken! I just get so frustrated when I hear of the children being kidnapped and killed by offenders who are registered. I just finished an essay for a college class on this subject and I think the research has me stressed out! And you are right. If the registries save one child, they are useful for something. But I think we need more than the registries in order to make the world a safer place for children.
