Absolutely!! He is one of those monster Sex Predators that they try to make all sex offenders out to be. If found guilty of all they are charging him with (or considering charging him with), I would be very supprised if he doesn't get sentenced to death. Personally I still feel that this is one monster that should never have been allowed to freely walk the surface of this Earth anyway, but that's just my opinion.

Yes. He should get 5 life sentences - one for every known victim in this case. Oops - forgot about the pending case also....better give him 6 life sentences just to be sure.

Put him in the General Population at say, Pelican Bay, in the Gang Unit rather than have him sitting on death row for 10-12 yrs. You'd be able to stick a fork in him in less than a year I would think.

If this man is found guilty - which he most assuredly will be - he should be strung up like a pinata and let 20 people (I was gonna say kids, but that might lead to mental traumas) with personal ties to serious sex offenses (rape, mollestations and the like) beat him to death. That is, IF he is found guilty. There should be no insane pleas from this guy, he knew dam well where his thoughts were taking him and should have signed himself into a ward - actually, he should never have been released in the first (second?) place.
It is cases like this that scream for the government(s) to set up some sort of psychological evaluations for sexual deviants being released from prison. Make them undergo a 6 month (minimum) stay in a psych ward for evaluation prior to release from prison - as part of the prison time or parole, either will work for me.
I also feel that, in any sort of sexual offense case, both the accused and the accuser should be mandated to attend several (or more) sessions with a federally certified sexual psycologist (sex therapist seems to lenient of a term). This pre-evaluation may help weed out any/all false accusations that may be made by those angry at someone and seeking to hurt them in the best manner they can - yell rape.

He is the Example of the System. He was Known as a Predator - he was convicted prior to Shasta - and in Jail before Shasta. He is to me classified as Manson and Dahmer - a clinically psychopathic killer - that feeds off of children.
I believe that a Lab should take him hostage - and pick him apart from the seams - to see what makes him tick.
Death or Prison would be too Quick and Civil for him.
He's a talker - let him talk. He wants people to know about him.
Stick his arse in a straight jacket for the next 50 years and put him to the test - Prod him, poke him - make him a Lab Rat.
Maybe He could be of Some Use - to see what Makes a Man so sinister. It would probably offer the officials more information towards the disapearance of others - whose loved ones are in agony of the unknown.
He has many Answers to Share - I bet. He May be the Devil but he has Information - that May help and aid the unknown to others - who desperatley seek the truth. He's Been Active for a VERY Long Time.
Cuff Him - Jacket him-shackle him - and Make Him Talk. Feed him used Cat Litter - what ever it takes.
Use his Twisted Mind for Research - Make Him a Human Rat.
And then when he is not of any use - Fry Him.

Not a bad idea. Maybe we can sentence him to death but suspend the death part as long as he participates in studies including medical experiments. Boy, can I come up with some doosies.
