i belive kobe did not commit rape, not because hes famous, but because the girl seemed to be out for the money,, she even tryed to move the case to another state cause she could collect more money there...to me that sounds like all she wants is cash, and in my opinion if i was raped, id rather try to get the guy put behind bars then to get his money, how is money going to fix you being raped? its not.....not to mention the girl had another mans sperm in her underwear, who would want to go have sex right after being raped?

I don't know much at all about the case or the girl. But I just find it odd that people with little more then a celebrity image that Kobe projects, can easily say no to this poll then turn around and cast flames on every other average joe that just HAS to be dangerous or DEFINATELY commited a certain crime, just because they aren't famous.

It is my understanding that he did the same thing with a hostess at a hotel in Seattle...Can anyone find a written article stating this or should I disregard what I heard.
