I don't feel safer just knowing that my neighbor could be a registered sex offender. I have a 2 year old daughter and my views on registered sex offenders are that they should not be allowed to live anywhere near children. I can't believe that the government actually will let sick individuals such as these out. I don't believe they belong in the community at all. They should be put in a psychiatric facilitiy or kept in jail. Sex offenders don't change. It is a sickness that stays with them for life. If you let one out, it is almost definite that they will commit the crime again. As I have proof of that seeing as though "High Risk" sex offenders are considered to be high risk by what they have done and how many times they have been tried for each individual act.

See an abbreviation or acronym, but don't know what it stands for? Consult the Glossary.
