And I shouldn't have to pay somebody $25 to tell me what my neighbor's criminal history is if he doesn't have to pay to get mine.

I don't think I should have to pay $25 a pop, to find out if the guy who just moved in across the street is gonna be trying to sell my grandchildren drugs!!!! Or we're gonna get caught in the middle of a drug deal gone bad!!

Legislatures refuse to give them one. MADD has been demanding a DUI registry and mandatory felony charges for first offenses for decades. Again, legislatures won't give it to them. And I shouldn't have to pay somebody $25 to tell me what my neighbor's criminal history is if he doesn't have to pay to get mine.
