I really question the FBI's handling of some of their cases given fiascos like CANDYMAN where they lied to get subpeonas.

http://www.injusticebusters.com/2003/Candyman_entrapment.htm

Also I've been in adult gay chatrooms and had all kinds of people send me IM's and say "Im 16" "Im 14" and such. They IM me FIRST. No way they are all kids.

Just a couple of months ago I posted an article here about a man who was arrested in another state after he moved. His crime? Talking to a "boy" on IM. Nothing about sex. The article in the paper even said THE BOY TRIED TO SET UP MEETINGS AND THE MAN REFUSED then moved. Why is the so called "kid" trying to set up a meeting? Why are they going after someone who DID NOT MEET with him and did nothing else wrong? Just talking to an alledged "kid" is a crime now?

I know in those adult rooms my first question is always HOW OLD ARE YOU? Anything under 18 and my next message is YOUR UNDER 18 I WONT TALK TO YOU. I then save the chatlog JUST IN CASE it was some unethical person looking for a bust.
