I have kept an open mind to the situation of my neighbor...
4piper, I appreciate you doing that and sharing with the rest of us.
So my suggestion to anyone who finds out that they might have a sex offender living next to them, Do your homework....do a background check, then order the court reports.
If it's not too much trouble, I think it would benefit other readers if you could post some information about the steps involved to order court reports in your area, including any relevant specific details and advice you have. If you could start a new thread in the General Forum about that, it would be appreciated. Questions related to the process come up every once in a while and it would be nice to have a discussion thread people asking about it can be pointed to.
