Ex-Nazi guard loses appeal, faces deportation

An 81-year-old Caledonia man who served as a Nazi concentration camp guard has lost his appeal, clearing the way for his deportation.
Josias Kumpf, who came to the United States in 1956, broke the law when he didn't disclose his work at the camps, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit ruled Thursday.

That law says people who have persecuted others are not allowed to enter the U.S
Let's see. If you persecuted others under the orders and auspices of your government and its laws you aren't allowed in. But if you persecute others under the orders or auspices of THIS government and its laws nobody is going to make you leave.
