I'd like to see special license plates for repeat offenders.

I'm willing to give them ONE shot at a DUI. Make the penalty so awful that no one would want to go thru it again. Then make super-tough laws for repeat offenders like mandatory DRUNK DRIVER comments on their drivers license and REPEAT DRUNK DRIVER on the license plate.

Let police pull them over and administer random alcohol testing as part of their probation (and make probation last 20 years). They don't have to be monitored just require them to submit to random testing and allow the police to search their vehicles and them at random stops.
