I would say when you take all things into consideration, the writen is on the wall for this guy. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure this guy has anger issues which up until that message on the machine was left have not been addressed! Really think about this, a normal well adjusted person would have worded the message differently, the guy is a bug and obviously enough people think he is a danger to himself and above that, a danger to everyone around him. Sounds like no one is taking chances with this guy, and if this is what it will take to get him behind concrete, they are gonna use it..

i have to agree with the last individual in the artical...these sets of civil commitment rules like the sex offender probation rules are geared to failure....they want them to fail so it's back to prison where the money from the feds can just keep rolling in...and lets not forget that in florida 'PRIDE' is a multi billion dollar a year industry...need those bodies to staff it.....it wouldn't suprise me to find out that the U.S. has more prisoner's involved in prison labor than china!!!

I'm sorry, but this guy had 3 previous crimes against kids. He should not be around in the first place. He is not learning any lesson, and is just making it virtually impossible for the rest of us to get a fair shake.
Just my opinion.

I agree if he has three distinct convictions for crimes against kids thats two to many. I still favor life in prison for repeat offenders. Given them their one chance and after that forget it.
