North Sioux City has notified four different sex offenders that they have six months to move.
They dared to call this a buffer zone.
It is exile. Hopefully they move to Florida.

I agree. I wanted to point out that the article implied the 2000 foot ordinance was problematic and that was the entire focus of the article. Based on the single line you quoted, people might not know that and the reason it was posted to the News Archive was because of the somewhat unusual focus of the article.
