This is an interesting situtation. Does the "sexually dangerous" statute even consider the possibility of not only a female offender, but also one that is still considered a minor as well? Would she be committed to something like the Ryce facility? and if so, to protect her from the other "sexually dangerous" detainees, would they segregate her from the rest?
